Participants regard our Orientation Centers (OC) as a valuable decision-making tool. Following their experience, they usually know exactly which career path they will take.  “Now I know that staying a specialist and developing into a senior / executive specialist is exactly the right thing for me. My passion clearly lies in product innovation – leading others means far less to me! ” We often hear such voices after the OC. Others are passionate about a career with managerial responsibility or want to go into project management.  The Orientation Center gives participants the opportunity to try out different and experiences various career paths thus enabling them to decide which direction suits them best.  Internal specialists and managers who provide mentoring and coaching accompany them throughout the process.
