You can only develop your drive if you have a vision!
We find repeatedly that both individuals and companies deal intensively with strategic questions, but hardly ever with their vision. We believe that this is a mistake. What should my life be like? What should the company look like in x number of years?
Visions are like concepts that can guide action and give us orientation.
That is why we do not lead any strategy workshops without also working on the company’s vision. It is precisely through exploring this topic that a company gains clarity on what drives whom and why. Our approach uses vision boards to look into the future. In our experience, the re-gnostic approach is at as exciting as it is productive. It takes the perspective of looking back from a targeted future to determine which actions may be taken in order to achieve that desired future. This is then followed up though strategy discussions.
