Why do we do the things we do?
To work with passion for a cause, to get personally involved or to fight for a certain business development, we need a clear understanding of the added value. Mission statements necessary to help us identify with the challenges of the market and the task. It is about clarifying very basic questions such as “Why are we in the market?”, “What distinguishes us from others?” Or “What would really be missing if our company didn’t exist?” Here too, the clarification process is usually just as important for the company as the statement itself.
