Our portfolio in change management ranges from the design of change processes to the implementation of new ideas. We usually design change processes according to the Krüger model – initialization, conception, mobilization, implementation and continuation – and ensure that all concerned parties are involved in the process. We assume responsibility, for example in steering committees, and know from experience how long and tedious change can be. Finding the right balance between preserving and renewing is a challenge. We work with a lot of passion and are most often successful in enlightening those who are dedicated to tradition and wary of change!
